An additional fee of 75,000 RUB is applicable in the 1st year only. It covers registration, document translation, notarization, legalization, student and library cards. From the 2nd year onward, a visa extension fee as per actuals is required each year. Biometric, fingerprinting charges will be on actuals to be paid by student on arrival.
